This 2-day Level 1: Foundations program is designed for bodyworkers who are looking to gain a thorough understanding of the Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). Over the course of two days, you will learn the foundational techniques of MLD, including how to assess the lymphatic system, apply gentle strokes to promote fluid drainage, and support detoxification and healing.
